of his Maties. household & under their comon Seale
thereby comanding the said high Constable to
issue out his precepts to the Constables of
Church End & Hoxton , the Liberty of Holywell
street , Morefields & Norton Falgate in his
Division for the severall purposes in the said
warrant contained, And the said high Constable
being doubtfull how farr the Clerks of the
Markett hath power & authority by the Laws of
this Realm to make out such Warrant he
therefore humbly [..] prayed the direccon of
this Court how to domean himselfe in regard
to the execucon of the said warrant And upon
produceing the aforesaid warrant (which beards
date on the twenty third day of February instant )

It appearestherebythat the precepts of the sd high Constable
to be issued according to the direcons of the said Warrant were to require the saidpettyConstables to warr
Sixteen sufficient men to appears before the sd
Tho: Robe< no role > & John Matthews< no role > Clerks of the Markett or their sufficient
Deputy at a Court to be holden on TuesdayFridaythe
fourteenth day of March next at the sign of
the Kings Arms Tavern in Shoreditch by ten
of the clock in the forenoon of the same day to serve as Jarons
at their said Court for the examining of Wrights
& measur, and to inquire into & present all
abuses in weights or measures with such other
matters & things whereofthey hthe sd Clerks of
the Market have power by the sd Letters patent
to inquire into, and that the said Constables
likewise summon to appears before the sd Clerks
