Whereas upon consideracon had by this Court on
the twenty third day of February instant of the
Patent granted to Thomas Robe< no role > & John Matthews< no role >
Esqrs . of the Office of Clerke of the Markett of the
Kings Household ,ItThis Court did Resolve
and was of opinion that the said Patent or Grant
doth not extend any further than to the Kings
Palace and the Precincts thereof comonly called
the Little Virge , And that copies of the said
Resolucon or Opinion should be forthwith
delivered to the Justices of peace and to all the
high Constables of this County, And whereas
