It is Ordered by this Court that for the future noe
respit shall be granted of any Recogn already
taken or to be taken for triall oftraverses
any traverse upon any Indictmt. Unless an
Affidt. shall be produced to the Court shewing
a reason whereby the Court may be induced
to grant such respit

And that if any respit shall be granted of
any such Recogn in the absence of the
Chairman of the Court a note shall be taken
in the Sessionsofbook of the name of the Justice
of the peace then presideing in his absence as
Chairman of the Court,
