Upon heareing of the appeale of the Churhcwardens
& Overseers of the poor of the parish of Wales in the
County of york against an Order under the hands &
seales of Samuel Webb< no role > & Ralph Harwood< no role > Esqrs.
two of his Maties. Justices of the peace for the County
of Middx (Quorum unus) beareing date the twenty
ninth day of November last whereby Robert
Belt
< no role > & Hannah< no role > his wife and Mary Belt< no role > their
daughter aged about three yeares were removed
from the hamlett of Bethnall Green in the sd County
of Middx to the said parish of Wales in the County
of york as the place of their last legall settlemt.
And upon heareing of what was insisted on by
Councell for the Inhitants of the sd. hamlett of
Bethnall Green & alsoe by Councell for the Inhitants
of the said parish of Wales This Court doth
allow of the said appeale, And doth Vacate &
discharge the aforesaid Order of the sd. two Justices
of the peace, and the same is hereby Vacated &
discharged accordingly,
