Upon mocon of Mr. Corbett of Councell for William Atkins< no role > the
prosecutor of an Indictmt. preferred a found at the last Sessions
against Christopher Watson< no role > & John Robinson< no role > for makeing an
assault upon the said William Atkins< no role > , It is Ordered by this Court
that the said Christopher Watson< no role > & John Robinson< no role > doe attend the Court
of the next Generall Quarter Sessions of the peace to be holden
for this County on Wednesday the eleventh day of January next
at ten of the clock in the forenoon to Shew cause why the
respective Recognizances by them entred into with their Suretys
at the said last Sessions for triall of their Severall traverses
upon the Said Indictmt. within the first three days of this present
Sessions should not be estreated into his Maties. Court of
Exchequer to the intent that the sumes of money in which
they & their Sureties became bound by the said Recognizances
may be levyed upon them For that the Same became
Forfeited by their default in not trying their said
traverses according to the condicon of the said Recongnizance
