That by Virtue of an Order or Pass Warrt.
under the Hand, & Seales of Samuel Grey< no role > & Jo:
Colbalch< no role > Esqrs . Two of His Majty's Justices of the Peace
for the County of Middx (Quor unus) bearing Date
the Twentyeth Day of December last past That one
Mary Ailay< no role > Widow aged about Forty nine years
was removed from the Precinct of the Savoy in
the said County of Middx unto the said Parish of St.
Vedast als Foster London , alledging the said Parish
of St. Vedast als Foster to be the Place of her last
legall Settlement

That your Peticoners Conseiving themselves
agreived by the said warrant or order of the
said Two Justices Do therefore appeals to yor:
Worps therefore, & humbly pray That your
Worps will be pleased to hear them in the
Premisses, & Order That the Chapple Warden
& Overseer of the Poor of the Precinct of the
Savoy in the said County of Middx may appear
before you at a certain Day to be by yor. Worp
appointed to hear & abide the Judgement and
Determinacon of your Worps touching this
Appeale.
