That Joseph Merim< no role > about Seventy Five Years
of Age was by an Order Dated yr 16th: day of December
last past under the Hands and Seals of H: Blngny and
Allen Hollen< no role > Esqrs . two of His Majesties Justices of
the Peace for the County of Midd (Quor Unus) removed
and Conveyed from the Parish of St. [..] Anne
in the liberty of Westmr . to the said Parish of St Giles
in the Fields

themselves Aggrieved thereby do Appeal
from the said Order of the said two Justices
of the Peace to the Judgment of this
