Whereas Complaint hath been made unto us two of his Maties
Justice of the peace of the County of Middx (Quor unus) by you the
Churchwardens & Overseers of the poor of the Parish of St Giles
without Cripplegate in the Said County That Elizabeth Maybus< no role >
and Sarah Maybus< no role > are lately brought to Inhabit in the
said Parish endeavoruing to Settle themselves there Contrary
to Law And that the said Elizabeth Maybus< no role > & Sarah Maybus< no role >
are now become chargeable to the said Parish, And whereas
upon Examinacon touching the premises taken before us upon
Oath [..] We, the said Justices doe adjudge that the Said Elizabeth
Maybus
< no role > & Sarah Maybus< no role > are now become chargeable to the
Said Parish, And do alsoe adjudge that the Parish of St. Botolph
Aldersgate in the City of London is the place where the said
Elizabeth Maybus< no role > & Sarah Maybus< no role > was last legally Settled.

These are therefore in his Maties. Names to Concernd you the
said Churchwardens & Overseers of the poor of the said parish
of St. Giles without Cripplegate to remove & Convey the said
Elizabeth Maybus< no role > & Sarah Maybus< no role > from the same Parish
of St. Giles without Cripplegate to this said Parish of St. Botolph
Aldersgate in the City of London and them to deliver to the
Churchwardens & Overseers of the poor there who are hereby
required to receive & provide for them according to Law
Given under our hands & Seales this Fifth day of January
anno Din 1726 .

To the Churchwardens & Overseers of the poor of the
Parish of St. Giles without Cripplegate in the County of
Middx And to the Churchwarden & Overseers of the poor
of the Parish of St. Botolph Aldersgate in the City of London
