Middx at their General Quarter Sessions Assembled.

The humble Petition and Appeal of the Churchwardens
and Overseers of the poor of the parish of Allhallows
Staining London

Sheweth


That by virtue of a pass Warrant under the hands and Seals of Sr Willm
Thomson
< no role > Knt Recorder of the City of London and John Milner< no role > Esqr
two of his Maties Justices of the peace for the County of Middx (Quor
unus) bearing Date the 17th day of December 1726 Anne< no role > the Wife
of Paul Okey< no role > with her two children Mary< no role > aged two Years and
Paul< no role > aged Ten Weeks were removed from the Parish of St
Botolph without Aldgate in the County of Middx to the said parish
of Allhallows Staining London Alledging the Said Parish to be the place
of their last Legal Settlemt.

That Your Petitioners conceive themselves aggrieved
by the said Warrant and Judgment of the said two
Justices and do most humbly Appeal to Your Worps
therefrom

And therefore humbly pray Your Worps
would be pleased to appoint a day in this
present Sessions for hearing the said Appeal
And Order that the Church Wardens and
Overseers of the poor of the Said parish of
oft Bot without Aldgate in ye sd County and all
other Parsies concerned may then Attend and
hear and abide the determinacon of this
Court touching the Sd Appeal

And they shall ever pray Etc
