To the Right Worshipfull His Majty's Justices of
the Peace for the County of Middx in their Genall
Quarter Sessions assembled.

The humble Peticon & Appeale of the
Churchwardens & Overseers of the Poor
of the Parish of St. Botolph without
Bishopsgate London .

Sheweth.


That by Virtue of an Order or Pass Warrant
under the Hands & Seales of Oyly Michel< no role > & Robert
Jackson
< no role > Esqrs . Two of His Majtys Justices of the Peace
for the County of Middx (Quor nunc) bearing Date the
Seventeenth Day of October last past Sarah< no role > the Widow
of George Whaley< no role > was removed from the Hamblett of
Spittlefields in the said County of Middx unto the
said Parish of St. Botolph without Bishopsgate London
alledging the said Parish of St. Botolph without
Bishopsgate to be the Place of her last legall Settlemt.

That your Peticoners Conceiving Ym: Selves
agreived by the said Warrant or Order of the
said Two Justicess Do therefore appeale to
your Worships therefrom And humbly pray
that your Worps will be pleased to hear them
in the prmisses, & Order that the Churchwardens
& Overseers of the Poor of the Hamblett of
Spittlefeilds in the said County may appear
before you at a certain Day to be by year
Worships thereunto appointed to hear and
abide the Judgment & Determinacon of yor.
