parish of St. Martin in their fields in the County
of Middx

Sheweth

That William Bodle< no role > Elizabeth< no role > his Wife
and their three Children Vizt. Thomas< no role > aged about Eleven years
Robert< no role > About five years And Catherine< no role > about three Quarters of a
Year Parishioners of the said Parish of St. Martin in the fields
an Chargeable to and by the said Parish being Poor
& unable toworktowards their maintenance

That Mrs: Mary Scott< no role > of Hackney in the sd:
County of Middlesex Widow and [..] Mother of the said
Elizabeth Bodle< no role > and Grandmother of the said three Children
is of a Sufficient Ability to releive and maintain them
