Reced into his Barge thirty Quarters of Malt
from Ripley in the County of Surrey the Goods of
Richard Darling< no role > of Ripley aforesd on or about
the 15th of August last past & this Depont further
maketh Oath that he Reced into his sd Barge
five Quarters of Malt the Goods of Thomas Clawse< no role >
from Ripley aforesd on or about the 13th Day of
August last past & further maketh Oath that
he Reced into his sd Barge from West Horsly
in the County of Surrey ten Quarters of Malt
the Goods of John Cook< no role > of West Horsly aforesd
on or about the 15th Day of August last past
all wth several Quantities of Malt were unfortu
-natly sunk in the River Thames in his Barge
near Westmr Horsfferry in the County of Middx
on or about the 18th Day of August last past

before Damaged (according to the best of this Deponts knowledge)

of the above sd Quantities of Malt were worth before Damaged
four & twenty Shillings P Quarter & that after the Damage
Reced the above menconed Quantities of Malt were not
worth (according to the best of this Deponts. knowledge & beleife
[..] above five Shillings P Quarter
