Whereas the Churchwardens & Overseers of the
poor of the Parish of St. Lawrence Old Jewry
London exhibited their humble peticon and
appeale Unto the Court of the last Generall
Quarter Sessions of the peace holden for this
County of Middx by adjornmt. on Friday the
fourteenth day of January last Setting forth that
by a warrant or Order Under the hands and
Seales of John Fuller< no role > & Thomas Robe< no role > Esqrs . two
of his Maties. Justices of the peace for the said
County (Quorum Unus) one Samuel Boote< no role >
was lately removed from the parish of Hornsey
in the Said County of Middx to the said parish of
St. Lawrence Old Jewry as the place of his last
legall Settlemt. And that the Petrs. found
themselves aggreived by the Said Order of the said
two Justices dated the twentieth day of December
last , and appealed [..] to the Said Court
against the Said Order, which appeale was appointed
to be heard & determined by the Same Court on
Monday the Seventeenth day of the Same Month
of January , And whereas by Order made by the sd.
Courton that day the heareing & determining of
