Whereas Complaint hath been
made unto us two of his Majties: Justices
of the Peace for the Sd: County of Midlx
(Quor un:) by the Churchwardens & Overseers
of the poor of the Parish of St: Mary White Chappel in ye:
Sd: County that William Mosely< no role > is lately cause into
the sd: Parish end eavouring to Settle there

contrary to Law And that he
is likely to be Chargeable to the Sd: Parish
Wee the Sd: Justices upon
Examination of the Premises and of Mary
Peake

Adjudge the Same to be true And that
the last Place of the Legal Settlement

is in the Parish of St: Botolph wth: out
Bishopsgate in ye: City of London

These are therefore in
his Majties: Name to Command You on Sight
hereof to remove and convey the Sd: William
Moseley

from and out of the said Parish of St: Mary
White Chappel to the Sd: Parish of St:
Botolph wth.out Bishops gate and deliver him to the
Churchwardens and Overseers of the Poor there
or to one of them who are hereby required
to receive and provide for him according
