this Court at this prsent Generall Quarter Sessions of the peace holden
this County of Middx by adjourmt. on Friday the Fourteen the day of Janu [..]
Instant Setting forth that by a warrant or Order under the hands & Seal [..]
of John Fuller< no role > & Thomas Role< no role > Esqr two of his Maties Justices of the peace
the said County (Quor unus) one Samuel Boote< no role > was lately removed from
parish of Horsney in the said County of Middx . to the said parish of St
Lawrence Old Jewry as this place of lived all [..] And the
Petrs. found themselves aggreived by the saw order of the said two Justi [..]
dated the twentiteth day of December last and appeale to this Court
against the said order which appeal was appointed to be heard & deteced
by this Court on this prsent Munday the Seaventeenth day of January
Instant . Now upon hearing of what was alleadged by Councell for the
Inhabitants of the said parish of Hornesey & alsoe by Councell for the
Inhabitants of the said parish of St Lawrence old jewry This Court Come
of opinion to adjourn the Hearintg of the said appealebe adjournedDo the
Order that the hearing & determining of the said Appeal be adjourned untill thene Etc Generall Sessions
of the peace to be holden for the said County of Middx And that the
Churchwardens & Overseers of the poor of both said parish [..] &
[..] nerned doe attend the Court of the next Generall Sessions of
at the peace to be holden for the said County of Middx by adjournment
