hath made a good & convenient one, And that the sd. Mr.
Bland hath had the sd bill examined by persons who
have seen the sd. worke & are knowing in such sort
of busyness who think it reasonable & fit to be
allowed, but haveing agreed with the Petr. that when
the bridge is repaired the Petr. should have the sd. piece
timber for his owne use the Petr. did consent & agree that
the three pounds charged for the same should be deducted
from the sd. bill soe that the reall cost. will be but
three pounds & thirteen Shillings which was to be
paid him as soon as the work was finished, It is Ordered
by this Court that after the sd. bridge [..] shall be
repaired the Petr. shall take the sd. sume of three
pounds by him charged for the same shall be deducted
from histhesd. bill And thatthesr. Isaac Tillard< no role > Knt .
Trear of the moneys raised for repairs of the publique
bridges in this County be and he is hereby desired
thereout to pay (in the mean [..] unto the Petr. the sd. sume of three pounds &
thirteen shillings being the remainder of his said
bill, whose receipt together with this Order shall
be a sufficient discharge to the sd. sr . Isaac Tillard< no role >
for such payment,
