Whereas the Churchwardens & Overseers of
the poor of the parish of St. Lawrence Old
Jewry London exhibited their humble peticon
& appeale unto the Court of the last Generall
Quarter Sessions of the peace holden for this
County of Middx by adjornmt. on Friday the
fourteenth day of January last settingforth
that by a Warrant, or Order under the hands & seales
of John Fuller< no role > & Thomas Robe< no role > Esqrs . two of his
Maties. Justices of the peace for the said County
(Quorum unus) one Samuel Boote< no role > was lately
removed from the parish of Hornsey in the said
County of Middx to the said parish of St. Lawrence
Old Jewry as the place of his last legall settlemt.

And that the Petrs. found themselves aggreived
by the sd Order of the sd. two Justices dated the
twentieth day of December last , and appealed
to the said Court against the said Order, which
appeale was appointed to be heard & determined
by the same Court on Monday the seventeenth
day of [..] the same Month of January , And
whereas by Order made by the sd. Court on that day
