WHEREAS it appeareth unto Us, whole Hands and Seals
are hereunto set, Two ofhisMajesties Justices of the
Peace for theCounty of Middx
(Quorum unus)upon the Complaint of the Church-Wardens and Over-
seers of the Poor of the Parish ofSt Giles without Cripplegate
in the saidCounty-thatAnn Mills< no role > widdow is


lately come into the said Parish, endeavouring to settle
herselfethere without giving Notice in Writing to the said
Church-Wardens, or Overseers of the Poor, or any one of them, of the
House ofherabode in the said Parish, according to
the Statute in the Case made and provided; And that the saidAnn
Mills
< no role > by reason of her poverty is
which we adjudge to be true
likely the become ch [..] able to the said Parish: And whereas it appeareth
unto usthe said Justices upon the Oath of [..]

thather said husbonn was,last legally settled in the Parish ofSt
Leonard Shoreditch in the said County And no other legall
Settlement elsewhere appearing unto us Since Wee doe alsoe
adjudge the last legall Settlemt. of the said Ann Mills< no role > to
be [..] said parish of St Leonard Shoreditch

Th [..] therefore inhis.Majesties Name Strictly to Charge and Com-
[..] d every of you, forthwith upon sight hereof. to remove and

from the said Parish ofSt Giles wthout Cripplegate
in the saidCounty.to the said Parish ofSt Leonard
Shoreditch in the said County
and deliverherunto the Church-Wardens and Overseers of the
Poor there, who are hereby required to provide forher
according I am Hereof fail not at your Perils, Given under our Hands
and Seals, the2 [..] day ofFebruary [..] in the12 [..]
of the Reign of our SovereignLord Georgeby the Grace of God,
of Great Britain, France, and IrelandsKingDefender of the
Faith, Etc. Annoq; Dom. 1725.

of the Parish ofSt Giles without Cripplegate in the County of Middlx
And to the Churchwardens and Overseers of the
Poor of the Parish ofSt Leonard Shoreditch in the said County
And all others whom is doth or may concern, Etc.
