The humble Peticon and Appeal of the
Churchwadens and Overseers of the
poor of the parish of St. Saviour
Southwarke in the County of Surry.

Humbly Sheweth

That Thomas Nibbs< no role > son of Thomas
Nibbs< no role > was by Order or Warrant under the hands &
seale of two of his Majties Justices of the peace of
the said County of Middx bearing date the 24th: day
of November last removed from the parish of St.
Mary Islington in the said County of Middx to the
said parish of St. Saviour Southwarke as the place of
his last Legall Settlement.

That your Peticoners humbly Conceive
that they can make it appear to this Court that the
place of the last legall Settlemt. of the said Thomas
Nibbs< no role > is not in the said parish of St. Saviour [..]

Your Peticoners therefore
humbly prays your Worship will
be pleased to Order that the Church
Wardens & Overseers of the said parish of
St. Mary Islington may Attend this
Court for hearing the said Appeal at
such time as your Worship shall
Appoint
