his last Legall Settlement.
That your Peticoners humbly Conceive
that they can make it appear to this Court that the
place of the last legall Settlemt. of the said Thomas

is not in the said parish of St. Saviour

be pleased to Order that the Church
Wardens & Overseers of the said parish of

Court for hearing the said Appeal at
