To the worshipful his Majesty's Justices of the peace of the County of
Middlesex in Quarter Sessions assembled

The humble peticon of Appeal of ye Church wardens & Overseers of the poor of the parish of
Edgeworth in the said County of Middx.

Sheweth


That by Warrant under the Hands and Seals of Daniel Houghton< no role > and Thomas Scot< no role > Esqrs : two of
his Majesty's Justices of the peace of the said County of Middx . (Quor un) Mary Rider< no role > Widow &
Sarah< no role > her Daur are by the said Warrant required to be removed from the parish of St George
Hanover Square to the said Parish of Edgeworth as the place of the last legal Settlement of ye
said Mary Rider< no role > and Sarah< no role > her Daur

That your petrs. apprehend themselves by the said Warrant & do
appeal there from and humbly pray your Worships to appoint a Day for the
Hearing of the Matter of this peticon

And your Petrs. shall pray Etc.

It is ordered by this Court that the Churchwardens & Overseers of the poor of the parish of St
George Hanover Square in this County have notice of this Appeal and that they and all
persons concerned do attend this Court on Tuesday next at ten of the Clock in the Forenoon
to hear and abide the Indgmt. and Determinacon of this Court touching the said Appeal
