and for the County of Middx in Quarter Sessions
Assembled.

The humble Petition and Appeal of the Churchwardns.
and Overseers of the Poor of the Parish of Saint
Margaret Westmr. in the said County.

Sheweth


That by Virtue of a pass Warrant under the hands
and seals of Robt Jackson< no role > and R. Dennett two of his
Maties Justices of the Peace of and for the said County
of Middx bearing Date the Second day of November
Anno Dui 1725 . Sarah the Wife of [..] William Parish< no role >
and her three Children (Vizt) Sarah< no role > Aged about seven
Years, Elizabeth< no role > Aged about two Years and a half and
Wm< no role > . Aged about three Quarters of a Year were
removed from and out of the Parish of St. Mary
Whitechapel in the said County of the said Parish of
St. Margaret Westmr . as place of their Lawfull
Settlement.

That Your Petrs. thinking themselves agrevied
by the Judgement of the said two Justices humbly
appeal to your Worship against the Same.

Therefore humbly pray your Worships.
will please to Order; That the Church
Wardens and Overseers of the Poor of
the said Parish of St. Mary White
Chapel in the said County may attend
this Court some Day this Quarter
Sessions to hear and abide the final
Determination of this Court touching
the said Appear.

And your Petrs. shall ever Pray Etc.
