The Humble Peticon & appeale of the Churchwardens and
Overseers of the poor of the parish of St. Lawrence old
Jewry London

Sheweth

That by a Warrt or Order under the hands & Seals of
John Fuller< no role > and Thomas Robe< no role > Esqrs two of his Maties
Justices of the Peace for the said County (Quor Vn) one
Samuel Boote< no role > was lately removed from the parish of
Hornsey in the Said County of Middx to the said parish
of St Lawrence old Jewry as the place of his last Legall
Settlemt.

That your Peticrs. find themselves agreivedby
by the said Order of the said two Justice dated the 20th of
December last and humbly appeale to this Court agt the
said Order

Your Peticonrs & Appellts. therefore pray your
Worspps will be pleased to appoint Some day
to hear the matter of the Appeale and that the
Church wardens & Overseers of the poor of the
Said Parish of Homsey and all other persons
concerned may attend to hear & abide by the
Order & determinacon of this Court in the
prmises.
