The Humble Peticon and Appeale of the
Churchwardens and Overseers of the poore of
the Parish of St. Giles without Cripplegate-
London.

Sheweth

That By Warrant or Order under the hands and Seales of
Thomas Sutton< no role > and James Cardonnel< no role > Esqrs Two of his Maties. Justices
of the peace for the send County (Quor Unus) bearing date the
Third day of December last One Mary Banister< no role > Singlewoman was-
lately removed from the Parish of Kensington in the said County of
Middx to the said parish of St. Giles without Cripplegate London As
the place of her last legall Settlement As is Alledged by the said Orders

That your Peticoners find themselves Aggreived by the said-
Warrant or Order. And Appeale to this Court against the same

Your Peticoners therefore pay that this Court will
be pleased to appoint a day this prsent Sessions for
the hearing and determining the said Appeale-
And that all parties Concerned may be Ordered to
Attend Accordingly And that your Peticoners may be-
releived therein According to Law and Justice.

And your peticoners as in Duty bound Shall Ever Pray Etc
