Georgy nunc Regis Magne Britannie Etc undecimo

Whereas by Order made by this Court on this Present
Saturday the fifteenth day of May instant It was
Ordered that the sherriff of the County of Middx for
the time being Doe for the future retorn to the Court
of every Generall Quartor & Generall sessions of the
Peace to be hereafter holden for the said County at the
beginning of each sessions Upon the pannell of the
Grand Jury the true Christian names surnames &
addicons of able he nest skilfull & substantiall Men fit to
be Grand Jurymen to inquire for our sovereign Law
the L King for the Body of the said County,each of
whom shall be worth the sume of three hundred Pounds
or upwords,to the intent that his Maties. service may
be the better done & performed, And in case any
Person shall hereafter to retorned upon the Paune [..]
of the Grand Jury, who shall by his Oath taken in [..] open Court
on by any other proper evidence appeare in the Judgmt. of the Court
sweare that he isnot worth the value of three
hundred pounds such person shall bedeemed toe
returned or refered & sett aside
mean to be a Grand Juryman, and shall be excused
from being a Grand Juryman of the sd. County,
Now For the better settingforth & illustrating the reason
for makeing of the aforesaid Order, It is Ordered by this
Court that sr. Daniel Dolins< no role > Knt . one of his Maties Justices
of the Peace of the said County be and he is
hereby desired to draw a proper preface or
introduccon to the said Order, And for the more
effectuall notificacon of the said Order This Court
doth direct that the samemaybe printed in the
London Gazett,
