Depont. did serve on Tuesday last the 11th Day of this
Instant May a true Copy of the notice hereunto
anne Etc by leaving it wth Mr Masons wife who lives
at the signe of the Antelope in White hart Yard in
the Pish of St Martin in the Feilds being to the
best of this Depont knowledge the place of the last
abode of Richard Birch< no role > the prosecutor of this Indictmt.
this Depont being the Constable who Quartered the sd
Birch at the sd house & further saith that the Seirjeant
of the Company where unto the sd Birch belonged
informed this Depont. that the sd. Richard Birch< no role >
was deserted .
