Whereas it a Certified to me by the Clerk of the
Peace for the County of Middx that at the sessions
of Oyer & Termmis holden at Hick's's hall in St.
John Street in & for the said County on Tusday the
sixth day of April last past Robert Pollard< no role > was & stands
Indicted for a Fraud & Misdemeanor To which
Indictimt the said Robert Pollard< no role > hath not yet Appeard
or pleaded.

These are therefore in his Masties. name
Stricklly to charge & Comand you And every of you upon Sight
hereof to apprehend & take the body of the said Robert Pollard< no role > child
bring him before me or one other of the Judges of the Court of
Kings Bench if taken in or near the Cityes of London or
[..] Other [..] next Instine of the Peace
where me [..] the and the may become
found with Sufficent Sureties for his Personall Appearance
at the next Gewall Sessions of oyer & Terminer to be holden for
the County of Middx to answer the said Indictmt. And to be
further dealt with according to Law, And hereof fail not
