Upon Reading the Pecon of John Mathias< no role > Simon Barber< no role >
Setting forth That in puronarete of a founer Order they had attended
Mr. Gregg Attorney to this Society and paid all his Charges in the
prosecution of one jeffry Mawbone< no role > for an Assault upon John
Brooks
< no role > Messenger to this Society and also had given the sd.
John Brooks< no role > Satisfoncon for the sd. Assault And Praying That
their Masps. would be pleased to direct their said Attorney
That no further trouble might be given them upon account
of their Euting into a Recognizance for the Appearance of
the said Mawbone by having the same Estreated It is Ordr.
That at the Charge of the Manuaptors Mr. Gregg do
Consent That the said Recognizance be with drawn &
discharged.
