of the peace now holden at Hicks Hall in and for the sd: County

The Humble Petition and
Appeal of the Churchwardens &
Overseers of th poor of the Parish
of pancras in the County of Middx

Sheweth


That by Wart. or Order under the
Hands and Seals of John Tuller< no role > and
Wm. Cotesworth< no role > Esqrs : two of Cui Maties Justices
of the peace for the said County (Quorum) bearing
Date the Nineteenth Day of December last
Sarah Collier< no role > with her two Children Vizt. Anne< no role >
Seven years Old and Richard< no role > aged five Years
were Removed from the Parish of Hornsey in
the County of Middx : aforesd: to the said parish of
Pancras as the place of their last legall Settlemt.
whereby Your Petitionrs. Humbly Conceive
they are Wronged and aggrieved.

Your Peter. therefore Humbly
prays your Worpps would
be pleased to appoint A
Day for the hearing and
Determining the said Appeal
this present Sessions, and
that your petrs. may be
Relieved as unto your Wisdom
Shall Seem Meet
