& Overseers of the poor of the pish of St. Clemt. Danes in
the sd. County

Sheweth

That by an Ordr. undr. the hands & Seales of two of his Matyes
Justices of the peace for the Sd. County of Middx (Quor unus) bear [..]
Date the 17th. day of December last Martha Barker< no role > was removed
from the parish of st. Andrew Holborne above Barrs in the sd
County of the Sd. parish of St. Clemt. Danes as the place of her last
legall settlemt.

That yor petrs. thinke themselves aggreived by the Ordr. of the sd
two Justices & due appeale therefrom to the judgemt. of this Cort

Yor. Petrs. therefore humbly pray yor wor [..] rs
with be pleased to appoint Some day this prsent
Sessions to hear & determine the matter touching
this Appeale
