of St. Martin in the Fields in the County of Middlesex
And to the Churchwardens and Overseers of the p [..]
of the parish of Trinity in the City of Chester
in the County of Cheshire
And to each and every of them

Whereas Complaint hath been made unto us two of
his Majesties Justices of the Peace for the said County of Middx
(Quor Unus) by the Churchwardens ons and Overseers of the Poor of the
said Parish of St. Martin in the Fields That Sarah Urmson< no role > aged
about 37 Yeares Widow and her 4 Child Vizt: [..] Ann< no role > aged Six Yeares
Thos< no role > : four Yeares Som: 2 yeares & Richard< no role > a Month
are come and intruded to dwell
The said Parish of St. Martin in the Fields not having g [..]
any legall Settlement there And that they are likely become
Chargeable to the said parish of St. Martin in the Fields.

taken before us upon Oath and other Circumstances it appears

legally Settled in the said Parish of Trinity in the City of Chester
in the County of Chesshire

said parish of Trinity in the City of Chester in the County of
Chesshire is the parish and place of the last [..]

Theses are therefore in his Majesties Name to reg [..]
& Command you the Churchwardens and Overseers of the poor
of the said parish of St. Martin in the Fields to remove and
Convey the said Sarah Urmson< no role > & her said four Children
out of and from yor: and Parish unto thes
said Parish of Trinity in the City of Chester in the County of
Chesshire And them to deliver to the Churchwarden
and Overseers of the Poor there or to some or one of them who
are hereby required to receive the said Sarah Urmson< no role > & her sa [..]
four Childreninto their Care & to provide for them
