Upon reading the humble peticon & appeale of
the Chappellwardens & Overseers of the poor
of the Towne of New Brentford in this
County [..] exhibited Unto this Court
Setting forth that by a warrant or Order Under
the hands & Seales of James Clitherow< no role > and
John Venner< no role > Esqrs . two of his Maties. Justices of
the peace for the said County Elizabeth
Longland
< no role > Widow of George Longland< no role > deced
with her three children Elizabeth Longland< no role >
aged about ten yeares George Longland< no role > aged
about nine yeares & Catherine Longland< no role >
aged about five yeares were removed from
the precinct of Norwood in this County to the
said Towne of New Brentford as the place
of their last legall settlemt. And that the Petrs.
conceive themselves aggrieved by the Judgmt.
of the said Justices and doe appeale therefrom
It is Ordered by this Court that the benefit of
the said appeale be saved Unto the sd. Appellants
