Middx assembled in Quarter Sessions

The humble peticon and Appeale of the Church Wardens
and Overseers of the Poor of he Parish of Trinity in the
Citty of Chester in the County of Chester

Shews


That by an Order dated the 9th. day of Decemr last under the hands and Seales of two of his
Matyes Justices of the Peace for this County (Quor Unus
Sarah Urmson< no role > Widow and her four Children (Vizt.) Anne< no role >
aged Six Yeares Thomas< no role > four Yeares Samuel< no role > two Yeares
and Richard< no role > a Month were removed from the parish
of St. Martin in the Fields in this County to the said
parish of Trinity in the City of Chester in the County
of Chester as the parish and place of the last legall
legall Settlement of the Said Sarah Urmson< no role > and her
four Children

That yor. petrs. think themselves aggreived by the
Order of the Said two Justices and Appeale therefrom to
yor. Worshipps And therefore and in regard to the distance
of the Said Parish of Trinity from this County

Yor. Petrs. therefore pray you would
be pleased to appoint Some day in
the next Easter Sessions to heare
and determine the said Appeale

And yor petrs. shall ever pray
