To the Right Worshipll: his Majties Justices of
the Peace for the County of Middlesex

The humble Peticon and Appeal of the
Overseer of the Poor of the Liberty of Norton-
folgate in the Said County

Sheweth

That by an Order under the hands and Seals of
Joseph Hayne< no role > and D'Oyly Michel< no role > Esqrs two of his Majties. Justices of
the Peace for the County of Middlesex (Quor unus) bearing Date the
Eighth day of January last , John Davenport< no role > and Ann< no role > his Wife
and Ann< no role > his daughter aged about Eight years, by a former wife
were Pass'd from the Parish of St Clement Danes in the sd. County
of Middlesex unto the sd: [..] Liberty of [..] Nortonfolgate as the place of
their last legall settlement

That your Peticonr: conceives himself Aggrieved
by the Order of the said two Justices and do therefore
humbly Appeal against the same praying that
this Court will please to Adjourn this appeal untill
the next Genal Sessions of the peace to be holden
for the said County and Order the Churchwardens
and Overseers of the poor of the said Parish of
It Clement Danes and all other persons concerned
Some day that Sessions, to attend this Court to hear
and abide the Judgment and determinacon of
this Court touching the Said Appeal
