thereto then to make such new Rate, and to have the
same confirmed by two of his Maties. Justices of the
peace for this County dwelling in or neare the said
parish (Quorum unus) And if they shall refuse to
give such assent Then to report in what method [..]
just & equall Rate may be made upon the Inhitants
of the said Parish, unto this Court upon one of the
Adjornmt. days of this present sessions, And this
Court doth require that the said James Gascoyne< no role > &
alsoe the Overseers of the poor of the sd. parish doe
attend & produce the poors Rate now in question & such other books [..] accompts as shall be necessary to be [..] before
the said Justices of the peace or any three of them
(Quorum nuns) at such times & places as they shall
appoint, And in the mean time for beare collecting of
money [..] assessed by the sd Rate and lett the Petrs. have a coppy
of the said Poors Rate or such other books or accompts as
they shall have occasion for at their charge [..] And in
case the said Justices of the peace shall by the assent
aforesaid make such new Rate Then the Rate now in
question shall be [..] vacated and such
Inhitants who have paid any moneys thereupon
shall be allowed the same as paid upon such new
Rate, And to the intent that a sufficient Number of
the said Justices of the peace may meet together touching
the matters to them referred as aforesaid It is hereby
Ordered that due & timely notice of the times & places of
their Meetings be given to all the said Justices of the
Peace,
