County (Quor. un.) bearing date ye. 18th: day of May last
Sarah < no role > . ye. Wife of Robert Moakes< no role > with her two Children Martha < no role >
aged about three years and James < no role > aged about three Months were removed
from the Parish of St. Giles without Cripplegate in the sd: County to our
Sd: Parish of St: Leonard Shoreditch as to the place of their last Legall
Settlemt:

That yor: Peticonrs: think themselves Agrieved by the said
Order and Humbly appeal to this Honble: Court against the same

And prays that yor: Worshpps would
be pleased to Order that the Church-
-wardens and Overseers of the [..] poor
of the sd: Parish of St: Giles without
Cripplegate and all other Psons Concerned
may attend this Court some day this
present Sessions to hear and abide the
Judgmt: and determinacon of this Court
