Middlesex in their general quarter Sessions assembled

The humble Petition and Appeal of the Churchwardens
& Overseers of the poor of the Parish of Christchurch London

Sheweth


That by virtue of a Warrant or Pass order under the hands & Seals
of Felix Feast< no role > Esqr and William Cotesworth< no role > Esqr two of his Maties
Justices of the peace for the [..] (Quor unns) bearing
date the Eight and twentieth day of May last past Margarett < no role > the
wife of George parker< no role > with her two children William < no role > and Mary < no role >
were removed from the Parish of St Giles without Cripplegate in the
County of Middlesex unto the said Parish of Christchurch London
as the place of their last legal Settlement

That your Petitioner conceiving themselves aggrieved
by the said Warrant or order of the said two Justices Do
humbly appeal to your Worpps therefrom And pray
that your Worpps will be pleased to hear them in the
prmisses and order that the Churchwardens & Overseers
of the poor of the said parish of St Giles without
Cripplegate in this County may appear before you at a
certain day to hear and abide the Judgment and Determinacon
of your Worpps touching this appeal
