Parish of St Giles without Cripplegate
in the
County of Middlesex
unto the said
Parish of Christchurch
London
as the place of their last legal Settlement
That your Petitioner conceiving themselves aggrieved
by the said Warrant or order of the said two Justices Do
humbly appeal to your Worpps therefrom And pray
that your Worpps will be pleased to hear them in the
prmisses and order that the Churchwardens & Overseers
of the poor of the said parish of St Giles without
Cripplegate in this County may appear before you at a
certain day to hear and abide the Judgment and Determinacon
of your Worpps touching this appeal
