of the Parish of St. Sepulchres in the County of Middlx And to the
Churchwardens and Overseers of the Poor of the Psh of St. Botolph
without Bishop gate London

Whereas Complaint been made unto us whose
hands and Seals are hereunto sett two of his Majestys Justices of the
Peace for the County of Middlx (Quorum Unus) by the Churchwardens
and Overseers of the poor of the Psh of St. Sepulchres in the County of Middlx
that Eliza: Notingham< no role > wife of Henry Notingham< no role > is lately cone in
the sd Psh endeavouring to settle there contrary to Law and linless
timely prevented is likely to become Chargeable thereunto which
we do Adjudge to be true And forasmuch as it appeareth unto us
the sd Justices upon the Oath of the sd Elizabeth Notingham< no role > then [..]
Henry Notingham< no role > her sd husband was born in Dunings Ally in
Bishopsgate Street in the Psh of St. Botolph without Bishopsgate
London And no other Legal Settlement else where appearing
unto us Since We do allso Adjudge the said Psh of St. Botolph
without Bishopsgate London to be the Place of her last Legall
Settlement

These are therefore in his Majestys Name to with &
require you the Churchwardens and Overseers of the Poor of
the said Psh of St. Sepulchers in the County of Middlx forthwith
to remove and Convey the said Elizabeth Notingham< no role > from out
of your said Psh unto the sd Psh of St. Botolph without
Bishopsgate London and her deliver unto the Churchwardens
and Overseers of the Poor there some or one of them who are
hereby required to receive and provide for her according to
Law Given under our hands and seals this fourth day of
February 1722/3
