The humble Petition of James

in the said County.

Sheweth

That at Easter last your Petr: was by the Officers of
and Inhabitants of the said parish Elected and Chosen to serve
the Office of the Head borough for the Year Ensuing

That Your Petr is aged Sixty Seven Years and very Lemer
and hath noe Trade [..] for his Support and is
not able to Execute the said Office

Yor Petr therefore humbly prays
your Worshipps will be pleased to
order he may be Discharged from
serving the said Office and another
fitt person Chosen in his roome

And yor: Petr Shall Ever pray Etc
