The Humble Peticon and Appeal of ye
Churchwardens and Overseers of the Poor of the
Parish of St. Mildred Bread Street London

Sheweth


That by Vertue of a Pass Warrant or Order under the
hands and Seales of Felix Feast< no role > and John Fuller< no role > Esqr : Two of his
Majesties Justices of the peace for the County of Middlesex
(Quor un) bearing date in Twenty Sixth day of February last Edith
Close
< no role > Wife of John Close< no role > with her Three Children Sarah < no role > Samuel < no role > sd
and Robert < no role > were Removed from the Parish of St. Giles without
Criplegate in the said County of Midlesex unto the said Parish of
St. Mildred Bread Street as the Place of their last legall Settlemt.

That Your Peticoners Conceiving them Selved aggreived by ye
said Warrant or Order of the said Two Justices Do humbly Appeale
to your Worships there form And pray that your Worsps will be
pleased to hear them in ye premes And Order that ye Churchwardens
and Overseers of the Poor of the said Parish of St. Giles without
Criplegate may Appear before you at a Certain day to hear and
Abide the Judgemt: and Determinacon of your Worpps touching this
Appeale

And Your Peticonrs: shall ever pray Etc.
