Whereas Complaint hath been made unto us two of his Majties
Justices of the peace for the said County of Midlx (Quor un)
by the Churchwns and Overseers of the poor of the parish
of St. Mary White Chappel in the said County that Ann< no role >
the Widdow of Benjamin Clee< no role > is lately come into the
said parish Endeavouring to Settle there Contrary
Law and that the is likely to become Chargeable to the
said parish Wee the said Justices upon Examinacon
of the prmises and of the said Ann upon Oath do
Adjudge the same to be true and that the last place
of the legall Settlement of the said Ann Clee< no role > is [..]
the parish of St. Mary Magdelen Burmonsey in
the County of Surry

These are therefore in his Majties.
Name to Comand you and every of you upon sight hereof
to remove and Convey the said Ann Clee< no role > from and out
of the sd: parish of St. Mary White Chappel to the said
parish of St. Mary Magdelen Burmonsey and her
Deliver to the Churchwns and Overseers of the poor
there or to one of them who are hereby required to
recieve and provide for her according to Law Given
under our Hands and Seals the 13th: day of Nevem [..]
