This Court being of opinion that it will much conduce
to thebetter managemt. &improvemt. of the estate
belonging to this County and to have the same lett to the best advantage not to have any lease granted
thereof or of any part thereof without the consent &
approbacon of a considerable Number of the Justices of the
peace of the sd County Doth Order that for the future
noe Order of shall be made by the Court of Generall or
Quarter Sessions of the peace for this County for the
granting of any lease of any lands or tenemts. belonging
to this County to any pson or psons whatsover nor
any mocon be made for that purpose unless twenty
Justices of the peace for the sd County or more be
present, and that one months noticethereofbe given
in the London GazettAnd for the greater welfare of
that the premisses are to be lett before any such Order be made
this County It is further Ordered by this Court that

the more effectually consutedconcertedIt is further Ordered by
this Court that now matter of Generall concermt.
