Upon heareing of the appeale of the Churchwardens &
Overseers of the poor of the parish of Hayes in this County
of Middx against an Order under the hands & seales of Samuel perry< no role >
& Samuel Newton< no role > Esqrs . two of his Maties. Justices of the peace
for the sd County (Quorum unus) beareing date the
twenty eighth day of November last whereby Martha< no role >
the wife of Adam Hannah< no role > & her three children (vizt.)
Mary< no role > aged about nine yeares & eight months William< no role >
aged about two yeares & Hester< no role > aged about two months
the lawfull Issue of the said Adam Hannah< no role > & Martha
his wife were removed from the parish of St. Mary
White Chappell in this County to the said parish of Hayes
being called in the sd Order the parish of Haize neare
uxbridge in the County of Middx aforesaid as the place
of the legall settlemt. of the said Martha Hannah< no role > & her sd
three children, And upon ann heareing of what was
insisted on by Councell for the Inhitants of the sd. parish
of St. Mary White Chappell & alsoe by Councell for the
Inhitants of the said parish of Hayes, For that it doth not
appeare to this Court that the said Adam Hannah< no role > ,
Martha his wife & the sd three children or any of them
had at the time of makeing the said Order of removeall or
now have or hath any legall settlemt. in the sd. parish
of Hayes, This Court doth allow of the sd appeale And
doth vacate & discharge the aforesaid order of the sd. two
Justices of the peace, And doth order that the Overseers of
the poor of the said parish of Hayes doe forthwith remove
& convey the said Martha Hannah< no role > & her sd. three children
from their said parish to the said parish of st. Mary
White Chappell , and deliver them to the Churchwardens &
Overseers of the poor of the said parish of St. Mary White Chappell
