Upon reading the humble peticon appeale of the
Church wardens & Overseers of the Poor of the
parish of St. Ann Black Fryers London exhited
unto this Court Setting forth that by vertue of a
pass warrant under the hands & Seals of two of his
Maties. Justices of the peace for the County of Middx
(Quorum Unus) bearing date thetenth day ninth day
of January last Peter Decote< no role > Anthony Decote< no role > Mary
Decote< no role > & Ann Decote< no role > four children of Peter< no role > & Mary
Decote< no role > lately deced were on the tenth day of the Same
Month of January Sent & delivered by the Churchwardns.
& Overseers of the poor of the parish of St. Leonard
Shoreditch in the sd. County of Middx unto the
Churchwardens & Overseers of the poor of the sd. parish
of St Ann Blackfryers alledgeing that parish to be the
place of their last legall Settlemt. And that the Petrs.
Conceive themselves aggreived by the sd. Warrant
and appeale to this Court therefrom, And the Petrs.
praying this Court will be pleased to adjourn the
hearing of their said appeale to the next Generall
Sessions, It is Ordered by this Court that the benefit
of the said appeale be saved unto the sd. Appellants,
and that the heareing & determining thereof be
adjourned untill the next GenerallneSessions of the
peace to be holden for the sd. County of Middx, And
