of the Parish of St Leonard Shoreditch in the County
of Middlesex And to the Church Wardens and Overseers
of the Poor of the Parish of St Ann in Black
Fryers in the City of London And to every of them

Whereas Complaint hath been made unto us, whose
hands and Seals are hereunto Sett, two of his Majties: Justices
of the Peace for the County of Middlesex (Quor unus)the
by you the Church Wardens and Overseers of the Poor of
the Parish of St Leonard Shoreditch in the Said County that Peter
Decote
< no role > ' aged about twelve years Anthony Decote< no role > ' aged
about Nine years Mary Decote< no role > aged about three years
and Ann Decote< no role > ' aged about one year have been brought
into your Said Parish not having any legall Settlement there
and are now likely to be Chargable thereunto, their father and
mother Peter Decote< no role > ' and Mary Decote< no role > ' being Since dead And
Whereas upon Examination touching the Premisses And
of Levy Giddins< no role > taken before us upon Oath We the Said
Justices Do Adjudge the Same to be true And Do also
Adjudge that the Parish of St Ann in Blackfryers in the
City of London is the Place where the Said Peter Decote< no role > ' Junr
Anthony Decote< no role > ' Mary Decote< no role > ' and Ann Decote< no role > ' were
last legally Settled.

These are therefore in his Majties: Name to will
and require you the Church Wardens and Overseers of the Poor
of the Parish of St Leonard Shoreditch aforesaid forthwith
to remove and convey the Said Peter Decote< no role > ' Anthony Decote< no role > '
Mary Decote< no role > ' and Ann Decote< no role > from out of your Said Parish
unto the Said Parish of St Ann in Blackfryers and them to
deliver unto the Church Wardens and Overseers of the Poor there
Some or one of them who are hereby required to receive and
provide for them according to Law Given under my hands
and Seals this Ninth day of January Anno Dom 1721
