To the Rt Worpll: his Majesty's Justices of the Peace for the
County of Middlesex in their General Sessions of the Peace
Assembled

The humble Petition and Appeal of the Churchwardens
and Overseers of the poor of the Parish of Allhallows
Barkin in the City of London

Sheweth


That by a pass warrant or order under the hands and Seals of [..]
Fuller and Matt: Hewitt< no role > Esqrs two of his Maties Justices of the peace
for the said County of Midlx (Quorn Unus) bearing date the 16th
Day of November last past Elizabeth Clare< no role > Single woman , was
removed from the parish of St James Clerkenwell in this county
unto the said Parish of Allhallows Barkin in the City of London
as the Place of her last legal settlement That your Petitioners
humbly conceiving themselves aggrieved by the said Warrant or
order of the said two Justices do humbly appeal to your Worpps
there from

Your Petrs therefore most humbly pray your Worpps
will be pleased to hear them in the prmisses and order
that the Churchwardens & Overseers of the poor of the
said Parish of St James Clerkenwell may appear
before you at a certain day to hear and abide the Judgmt
and determinacon of your Worpps touching this appeal

And your Petrs shall ever Pray Etc
