parish of St. Andrew holborne above barrs in the
County of Middx And alsoe to the Churchwardens
& Overseers of the poor of the Liberty of Saffron hill
Hatton Garden & Ely rents within the said parish of St. Andrews

WHEREAS Complaint hath been made by you unto us whose
Hands and Seals are hereunto fet Two of his Majesties
Justices of the Peace (Quorum unus) for the County of Middx
aforesaid, that Margaret Ault< no role > wido: with her three
Children (vizt.) Thomas< no role > aged Eight yeares William< no role > aged six year's &
Susanna< no role > aged three yeares age
lately intruded themselves into your said parish
of St. Andr holborne there to inhabit as [..] Parishioners contrary to
the Laws relating to the Settlement of the Poor, and are there likely
to become Chargeable, if not timely prevented. And whereas up-
on due Examination and Enquiry made into the Premisses [..]
Oath of the sd. Margaret Ault [..]
unto us, and we accordingly Adjudge, That the said Margaret
Ault & her three Children are
likely to become chargeable, and that their last Legal Place of Set-
tlement was in the Liberty of Saffron till Etc where [..]
Michaell Ault< no role > the Father lived as a hired yearly
Servant

THESE are therefore in his Majesty's Name to Order and
Require you the said Church-wardens and Overseers of the Poor of
St. Andr holborne aforesaid, That you, or some of you do forth-
with remove and convey the said Margaret Ault< no role > & her
three Children from your said Parish
to the Libty of Saffron hill Etc aforesaid, and them deliver
to the Church-wardens and Overseers of the Poor there, or some or
[..] of them together with this our Warrant, or Order, or a true
Copy hereof, whereby they are [..] require in [..]
Name, and by Virtue of the Statutes in such Case made, forthwith
to receive the said Margaret Ault< no role > & her three Children
into their said Libty of Saffron hill Etc and provide for them
as their own Parishioners. Given under our Hands and Seals, the
ninth Day of November Anno Regni Dndnrd Georgy
Regis nunc Magnae Britanniae, Etc. Septimo
