The humble Peticon of Mary Berry< no role > or the Pish
of St. Paul Shadwell in the County aforesd Widow

Sheweth


That the Churchwardens Overseers of the Poor of the Pish
aforesd have assesed yor. poor Peticoner Eighteen Shillings to [..]
the Releife of the poor of the sd Pish for this prsent year

That yor Peticoner is a very poor woman and rerts but a house
of four pounds P Ann and is likewise charg'd to the Scavenger
and other P prochiall Taxes and having a Child to maintain
is not able to pay the sd Taxes So that the thinks herself
very much aggreived thereby

Yor Petr. therefore most humbly prays your
Worspps to be pleased to order that She may
be discharged from all the sd assessments

And Yor. Petr. shall ever pray Etc.
