Whereas the Churchwardens & Overseers of the poor of the
parish of Allhallows Barkin in the City of London exhited
their peticon & appeale unto this Courtunon Tuesday
the sixth day of December instant setting forth that by a pass
warant or Order under the hands & seales of John Fuller< no role > &
Matthew Hewitt< no role > Esqrs. two of his Maties. Justices of the peace
for thesaidCounty of Middx (Quorum unus) beareing
date the sixteenth day of November last ElizabethClerk

< no role > Singlewoman was removed from the parish of St.
James Clerkenwell in this County unto the sd. Parish of
Allhallows Barkin in the City of London as the place of
her last legall settlemt. And that the Petrs. conceiveing
themselves aggrieved by the sd. Warrant or Order of the
said two Justices appealed to this Court therefrom, whereupon
It was Ordered by this Court that the Churchwardens &
Overseers of the sd. Parish of St. James Clerkenwell &
all persons concerned should attend this Court on this
eighth day of December instant at ten of the clock in the
forenoon to heare & abide the Judgmt. & determinacon
of this Court touching the said appeale, Now upon
heareing of what was alledged by Mr. Northey of Councell
for the Petrs. Forasmuch as it appeareth to this Court upon
the Oath of John Waltraven< no role > of London Cordwiner that
on the said sixth day of December instant he left at the
dwelling house of Robert Herring< no role > Churchwarden of the sd.
Parish of St. James Clerkenwell a coppy of the sd. peticon &
