they shall appoint, And that the Petr. doe then & there
produce before the said Justices of the peace or any three
of them (Quorum unus) a true & perfect accompt of all
sumes of money by him reced as late Churchwarden
& one of the overseers of the poor of the said parish for the use of the poor thereof Or rated
& Sessed & not reced & alsoe of Such stock as is in his hands
or in the hands of nay of the poor of the sd. parish of work
& of all other things concerning his said Office, which
saud Justices of the peace or any three of them (Quorum
unus) are hereby desired to inspect examine & adjust
such accompt, and alsoe to examine into the truth
of [..] the [..] of the
of the allegacons sett forth in the said recited peticon,
And to certifty a true state of the said accompt & their
opinions touching the premisses unto this Court on the
fifth day of December next at nine of the clock in
the forenoon or to his Maties. Justices of the peace at
the next Generall Quarter Sessions of the peace to
be holden for this County, to the end such further
order may be made as shall be just.
