to the said
Town of Harwich
at the place of her last legall settlemt
That your Peticoners find themselves aggreived by the said order of
removeall & humbly appeal to this Court against the same
And in regard Your Peticoner are at above Sixty miles
distant from this place &

prsent at Ipswich
or some place unknown to your Petrs and for
that Your Peticoners cannot be ready with thin witness this
prsent Sessions to have the said Appeal fully heard &
determined
October 10th 1720

that the hearing & determineing thereof
may be adjorned to the next gewall quarter
