To the Right Worpfull his Maties Justices of
the Peace for the County of Middlx in
Quarter Sessions assembled

The humble Peticon & appeal of the Churchwardns
& Overseers of the Poor of the Town of
Harwich in the County of Essex

Sheweth


That by an order dated the 21th day of September last
under the Hands & Seals of Robert Kirby< no role > and D'oyly Michel< no role >
Esqrs two of his Maties Justices of the peace for this County of
Midds (quor unns) one Mary Williams< no role > wife of Robert Williams< no role > [..] was removed
& conveyed from the parish of St John of Wapping in this
County by the name of Mary Forster< no role > Singlewoman to the said
Town of Harwich at the place of her last legall settlemt
That your Peticoners find themselves aggreived by the said order of
removeall & humbly appeal to this Court against the same
And in regard Your Peticoner are at above Sixty miles
distant from this place & [..] the said Woman being at
prsent at Ipswich or some place unknown to your Petrs and for
that Your Peticoners cannot be ready with thin witness this
prsent Sessions to have the said Appeal fully heard &
determined

October 10th 1720 ,


Yor Peticoners humbly pray that this their
Appeal may be recd this prsent Sessions &
that the hearing & determineing thereof
may be adjorned to the next gewall quarter
Sesions of the Peace to be held for this County
& that Your Petr may be releived herein Etc

And Yor Petr Shall pray Etc
